This is a focused 1:1 session for addressing a specific issue that is currently blocking movement, clarity, or stability in your life. Clients book this session when they already know what isn’t working and want it addressed directly, rather than using the session for prolonged discussion or emotional processing with me. Emotional or internal processing may continue after the session as the work integrates. We begin with a brief opening conversation to clarify what you are moving through. From there, the session works directly on the issue or pattern you come in with, at the level it is currently stuck. This is applied work. The scope of the session is intentionally contained and guided by what presents as most relevant in the moment. This work can involve themes such as: • identity and self-positioning • relational and attachment patterns • ancestral conditioning and karmic vows • nervous system regulation and trauma imprinting • living authentically and making aligned decisions • visibility, voice, and self-expression • sexuality and creative energy • internal blocks around expansion, leadership, or direction The exact focus is determined in real time. This is a single, complete session. It does not include follow-up support or continued access. You leave with: • a clear internal shift • relief around the issue you came in with If you’re looking for ongoing work rather than a one-off session, private containers are available by application. You are responsible for your attendance. • All bookings are non-refundable. • Sessions may be rescheduled (not refunded) up to 48 hours in advance. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, no-shows, and late arrivals are non-refundable and non-reschedulable. • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late are considered a cancellation.
