The Private Realignment Intensive extends the diagnostic and corrective work carried out in the Realignment Session across a three-month process.

While many situations can be addressed within a single session, some patterns reveal their root gradually. In these cases we work layer by layer, addressing what the client is ready to see and work with so that deeper structures can surface and be corrected properly.

This intensive allows that process to unfold with continuity and precision.

Across three sessions we move through diagnosis, correction, and stabilisation, allowing time between sessions for integration so that each shift settles before the next layer is addressed.

This work is designed for individuals who recognise that something deeper is shaping their circumstances and who are ready to work at the level of root patterns rather than surface symptoms.

You may recognise this in situations such as:

• Repeating relational dynamics despite conscious effort to change them

• Feeling that your life keeps reorganising around the same unresolved pattern

• Persistent inner conflict between clarity and behaviour

• Periods of instability following major personal or energetic shifts

Alongside years of experience as a professional medium, my background includes formal degrees and training in therapy, naturopathy, and medical studies. 

This foundation allows me to approach sessions not only intuitively, but also with an understanding of the psychological, emotional, and somatic layers that shape human behaviour.

In sessions I focus on identifying and addressing the deeper patterns influencing a client’s life. Rather than offering surface-level predictions, the work often moves toward the root of recurring dynamics so they can be understood and consciously shifted.

Sessions often bring clarity to dynamics that are difficult to recognise from within, allowing clients to move forward with greater awareness and personal agency.
